Volunteers in Public Schools

V.I.P.S is “Volunteers in Public Schools'' and has been a part of the State College Area School District since 1999. In addition to running the after school tutoring center, V.I.P.S also places volunteers in other areas such as the classroom and after school enrichment programs like CEEL.

Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., except on inservice days and school closures. We ask that tutors commit to a minimum weekly, one-hour session for the school year.
